A Personal Note:

I will never forget the first time I adjusted 2 day old baby who had not been able to nurse at all, handed him back to his mom, and he started nursing.

I will also never forget the first time I received a phone call from a client I had not heard from in years.  She told me that her son was likely alive because we adjusted him for the first 6 weeks of his life as he struggled with reflux… which turned out to not be reflux at all but a rare disorder that caused him to suffocate on the breastmilk as it entered his lungs instead of his tummy. His adjustments allowed him to eat enough to live long enough for a medical professional to realize what was actually happening.  Most babies died from this complication before it is discovered.

Each time a pregnant mother comes off of the table feeling comfortable in her growing body again, each time someone tells me that for the first night in a long time they actually slept, or that it has been "x" number of weeks since their last headache… I am renewed.

I became a chiropractor because I believe that each person has a gift to give to the world.

“Don’t ask what the world needs, ask what makes you come alive and go do that, because what the world needs is people who have come alive.” ~Howard Thurman

I want this world to have more people who are alive, truly alive.  I want this world to have more people who can become who they are meant to be because their bodies, their minds and their lives are powerful with health. One person, one spine at a time I will do my part to make it happen.
